INSTRUCTED BY
COACH TREVIN

Drill #1 is designed to help a hitter experiencing a long swing with difficulties being consistent. This drill is part of our muscle memory movement series, where we exaggerate certain feels in a swing. It targets the bottom hand and lead arm in the swing, which is extremely important in producing efficient swing mechanics. Although every hitter will get to these spots differently in their swing, every consistent hitter has some variation of this movement with their front arm. Drill #1 is suitable for any hitter at any age and is encouraged to be performed consistently in a routine. This practice ensures that, during batting practice or game time, hitters will naturally produce these movements without thinking about swing mechanics.
